Christmas: 20th December to 27th December
New Year's eve: 27th December to 8th January (2 weeks)
Carnival: February (one week)
Valentine’s week: 14th February ( 1week) 
Easter: April (2 weeks )
Summer: 22nd June to 22nd October

• Payment of 30% for reservation by bank transfer ( all the details of the bank transfer will be supplied at your reservation)
• Payment of the total amount, six weeks before arrival
• Cancellation policy: All cancellations shall be made 6 weeks before the arrival date, otherwise the 30% payment is not refundable.
  
  The Villa has 5 rooms (can be rented with 4 or 5 rooms, for o group of 8 or 10 persons)
• 2 rooms with 2 large single beds
• 2 rooms with king size beds
• 1 room with 1 large king size bed, closet and bathroom with jacuzzi and large shower

The Villa can be rented in periods of one or more weeks during the whole year. 

Pets are accepted outside the villa at the courtyard, except at the swimming pool and the surrounding lawn area.

Staff for regular cleaning, cooking, service and supervising is included.

We accept children over 13 years.

Deposit: to be made with the last payment: .This amount is intended to cover possible damage of small objects. For the damage of bigger and more valuable objects, such as painting or carpets, clients are obliged to pay the real value of that object. 

We don’t have extra beds. The rooms have capacity for 2 persons. 

We can further provide a chauffeur with car, if clients want to be guided during their stay. The cost depends on the car type, capacity, service provided, etc.
